Rena Sinnott- Mindfulness Coach.
Rena is a Primary Teacher and Mindfulness Coach based in Wexford, Ireland and also working online. She is passionate about developing positive mental strategies and enabling her clients to develop a solid mindfulness practice in order to become a more confident, resilient version of themselves.
Rena is qualified to coach adults in mindfulness, as well as to teach mindfulness to children and teenagers using creative, artistic methods.
As a Mindfulness Coach, she strives to help you become more centred and grounded in yourself by using meditation techniques.

Rena runs 6-week Mindfulness Courses in The Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre, Gorey as well online via Zoom. She also coaches clients 1:1 in mindfulness and self-care. She enables clients to learn mindfulness as a self-care technique and teaches journaling as a self-care practice.
