Alyssa is a learning support specialist specialising in neurodiversity and dyslexia. She set up her own business, Wise Owl Learning, in 2020.

Wise Owl Learning is a 3  year consecutive Prestige Award-winning business for specialist tutoring services and specialist tutors.  Alyssa provides a secure, calming, and nurturing environment where children and young people can be supported in their own learning journey. Adopting creative approaches to learning while supporting each individual’s needs allows the child/young person to learn support tactics to help their learning journey while also nurturing their own individual talents and interests to make learning and learning support an exciting and nurturing place for all.

Alyssa and Wise Owl Learning is also a CPD accredited business, offering CPD accredited courses, workshops, and online events in many areas. She is an accredited tutor with the CPD Group, Dyslexia Association of Ireland, & Patoss.

Alyssa is also a mindfulness, meditation, and breathwork practitioner, and she incorporates this into her learning support to support all the needs of the learner. With over 10 years of experience working in education, ETBS, colleges, and private tutoring.

Alyssa holds qualifications in learning and development, dyslexia, ABA, law, business, and computers.
