I completed a 200 hour Yoga and Ayurveda teacher training at Earthwise in Enniscorthy in August 2022. This year I traveled to Goa in India and completed a 300 hour Hatha, Vinyasa and Ashtanga Yoga teacher training with Kashish Yoga.
I am teaching weekly Hatha, Vinyasa Flow and relaxing Hatha classes in The Olive Room. These classes are open to everyone, no experience necessary.
