B/A Degree Integrative Counselling/Psychotherapy

I am an accredited member of the IACP. Although I work as an integrative therapist, my initial approach with my clients is to establish an empathic, warm non judgemental relationship. I endeavour to encourage trust in the relationship and empower the client to explore other modalities such as CBT, Mindfulness, Sand tray, Gestalt to bring about self awareness, motivation and positive change.

The work is client led and beneficial for most of life’s problems such as grief, relationships, anxiety, depression, addiction and suicidal ideation and work related issues.
