Antoinette Patterson – Integrative Counsellor and Psychotherapist (Couples, Adults 1:1 & Adolescents)
Antoinette takes an optimistic, non-judgmental, and non-directive approach to therapy to help you become aware of your own strengths and resources. She aims to support you seek out solutions to your problems and facilitate learning new ways of coping with the difficulties you may be currently experiencing. Taking a Person-Centred approach, Antoinette will integrate elements from different schools of therapy as required. This supports you to become aware of how the past may be influencing your current thoughts and behaviours and assist you to work through unresolved issues and conflicts you may have with significant people in your life. Antoinette is a fully accredited member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy (IACP) and follows the associations strict Code of Ethics.
Qualifications: BA (Hons.) in Integrative Counselling & Psychotherapy, Professional Certificate in Couples Counselling, Certificate in Child and Adolescent Counselling and Psychotherapy, Practitioners Certificate in Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT)
