Come join me in the beautiful Olive Room in The Palms Health & Wellbeing Centre,
I`ll be teaching Reiki 1 on Sat the 25th and Sun the 26th of March 2023
10 am to 4 pm,
The cost is 200 euro…a 50 euro non-refundable deposit is required to secure your place,
Reiki 1 is all about YOU
It teaches you how to self-heal so that you can release energy that no longer serves you.
It also teaches you how to protect yourself from other people draining your energy.
With Reiki 1 you can practice on friends & family but you cannot charge for it,
It is primarily about helping yourself & those you love,
You will also learn Meditation & Mindfulness tips to use in your daily life & I will be on hand to guide & advise you on your Reiki journey for my lifetime.
