Description

I’m John Bowe, a Coaching Psychologist with dual Master’s degrees in

Psychology and Positive Coaching Psychology, and a member of the Coaching

Division of the Psychological Society of Ireland. I work with adolescents and adults to

build resilience, unlock their strengths, and set clear goals when life feels stuck —

whether that’s moving into secondary school, exploring apprenticeships, or preparing

for the workforce.

A distinctive part of my practice is outdoor walk-and-talk coaching in safe

public spaces, such as Gorey Park for its accessibility and ease, Camolin Woods for

quiet reflection, and the Cahore Cliff Walk for fresh horizons and perspective. I also

deliver Transition Year programmes in secondary schools and workshops in

alternative education settings such as Youthreach, supporting learners to strengthen

confidence and prepare for future pathways.

John is now taking one-to-one appointments in The Palms Health and Wellbeing Centre.
