I am a qualified reflexologist with a background in nursing and a strong passion for
supporting health and wellbeing through complementary therapies. I am a member of the
NNRI (National Network of Reflexologists in Ireland) and the Association of Reproductive
Reflexologists. I have a special interest in fertility and reproductive health. I have
undertaken training as nutritional therapist, completed a yearlong mentorship in fertility
nutrition and additional training with Barbara Scott, expanding expertise in reflexology to
support clients on their fertility health journey.
I have continued to expand my holistic approach to care, by training as a sound therapist,
incorporating sound and vibration to promote deep relaxation and wellbeing. My
combination of nursing knowledge, fertility training and other complementary therapies
enables me to offer a compassionate, person-centred approach to each client's needs.
