Sheila Forsey is a published author and playwright with many years of experience facilitating creative writing workshops in a variety of settings, including arts centres, festivals, and adult education.

A graduate of Maynooth University and Trinity College Dublin, Sheila brings both academic knowledge and creative insight to her work. She is passionate about supporting individuals in exploring their creativity and developing their unique writing voice.

Her workshops are small, supportive, and thoughtfully structured, offering a relaxed and encouraging environment where participants can reflect, express themselves, and grow in confidence as writers.

Sintija offers counselling and psychotherapy informed by her background in psychology and social care. She provides a supportive, compassionate space where clients can explore their experiences and develop greater understanding and emotional balance.

She has a particular interest in working with autistic clients and young adults, supporting them in navigating life’s challenges with confidence and self-awareness.

Sessions are available in English, Latvian, and Russian, allowing clients to express themselves comfortably in their preferred language.

Siobhan Swart is a qualified Nutritional Therapist with an International Diploma in Naturopathic Nutrition from the College of Naturopathic Medicine.

She is also a certified Rapid Transformational Therapy (RTT®) Practitioner trained by globally renowned therapist Marisa Peer.

Siobhan combines nutrition and mindset work to support clients in improving their health, addressing underlying emotional patterns, and creating lasting lifestyle changes that promote vitality and wellbeing.
