Do you find yourself stuck in patterns you don't fully understand, or struggling with
pressure, low mood, or difficult life events? Change can be hard to make on your
own.
Get in touch and we can work together, in a confidential, non-judgemental space, to
figure out what's going on and find a way through it.
I've always been drawn to supporting people through difficulty. Since qualifying in
Social Care in 2009, I've worked across residential care, disability services,
homelessness support, and schools with children from marginalised backgrounds —
experience that's given me deep insight into human relationships and dynamics, and
now forms the foundation of my work in therapy.
I moved into psychotherapy during the pandemic, when I found myself questioning
meaning and direction. Seeing firsthand how much a strong therapeutic relationship
can shift things, I trained to understand it more deeply.
My approach is person-centred, drawing on inner child work, existential therapy,
attachment theory, Gestalt, and Psychosynthesis — tailored to what helps you, at a
pace that works for you.
I work with anxiety, depression, trauma, grief, relationship difficulties, self-esteem,
identity, neurodivergence, suicidal ideation, cultural and life transitions.
